ProgressCove is developed and operated by Twenty Shores. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Information we collect
When you create an account or use ProgressCove, we may collect:
- Account information — email address, display name, and date of birth (used solely for age verification).
- App content — tasks, projects, notes, tags, and other data you create inside the app.
- Device information — push notification token (to deliver reminders you set), and general device identifiers required by third-party services.
- Usage data — anonymised completion statistics used to power the Me screen (e.g. tasks completed this week, current streak).
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the ProgressCove service.
- To send reminders and notifications you have explicitly scheduled.
- To process subscription purchases and verify entitlements.
- To respond to support requests you initiate.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
ProgressCove uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- Google Sign-In — optional authentication method. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat — subscription management and purchase verification. Governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Expo / EAS — app delivery and over-the-air updates. Governed by Expo's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Export Data. To exercise any other rights, contact us at dev@twentyshores.com.
Children
ProgressCove requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of ProgressCove after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
